Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Beck, a text-message assistant operated by Sherif Sarhan, a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By texting Beck or connecting your Google account, you agree to them.
SMS terms
- Program: Beck conversational assistant, operated by Sherif Sarhan.
- Description: When you text (571) 680-5852, Beck replies with answers about your email, calendar, and files, plus short service notices about your account (for example, a sign-in link or a confirmation that you disconnected).
- Opt-in: You opt in by sending a text message to (571) 680-5852. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. You receive replies to what you send, and occasional service notices.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation text. Reply START to resume.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email sherif@meetbeck.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
The service
Beck reads your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive using a Google sign-in you grant, and answers your questions by text. It can save Gmail drafts and create calendar events. It does not send email, delete anything, or share your files. You can revoke its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by texting DISCONNECT.
Your responsibilities
- Use Beck only with a phone number and Google account you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not use Beck to send spam, break the law, or violate Google's or your carrier's terms.
- Review anything Beck drafts or schedules before relying on it. It is an assistant, and it makes mistakes.
Accuracy
Beck uses an AI model to read your data and write replies. Replies may be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat them as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Availability
Beck is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or end the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Beck, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
Changes
We will post any changes to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
